Plus, guests have complimentary use of a paddle board and kayak, adding an extra layer of excitement ensuring endless fun on the water. There is parking space for up to 2 vehicles next to the house and 2 additional spaces in and in front of the garage.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels (VRBO, [hidden according to Airbnb content policy], AirBNB)
This property is professional hosted by, locally owned and operated, Okoboji Vacation Co. were we strive to bring only the best quality experience to our guests including professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This amenity provides you quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner packets, face bar soap, 5 garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (make arrangement if you think your group will need more than provided in the starter pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third-party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
