Style and Peaceful Privacy in Southampton Bordered by a 9.5 acre conservation reserve and hidden down a 125 ft flag driveway, this home offers incredible quiet and privacy. The original home has been improved and expanded inside and out with a salt water pool, outdoor shower and beautiful gardens. The living/dining area with fireplace, original wood floors and french doors to pation are the pivotal point on the main floor that also features a large den plus a chef's kitchen with double dishwashers, double refrigerator, icemaker and efficient layout. The main floor also has the master bedroom ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower plus two guest bedrooms that share a bath. The lower level features a small sitting room, two additional ensuite bedrooms - one with a private garden area, a large laundry room and a home gym with an elliptical machine and weights. Outside enjoy the salt water pool with a seating ledge, outdoor mahogany deck room for dining and seating, full bar , rose covered pergola patio, seating area and more dining. Truly a great house for entertaining or enjoying all on your own.

Lovely home; gracious host

We had a lovely 3 days over Thanksgiving. Kirk could not be more attentive and gracious. Kitchen is well stocked. The sunroom was a nice cozy space for us to hang out. Thank you!

Cozy new years weekend

I can’t imagine there is a kinder and more efficient host than Kirk! We had the most amazing stay. The house is gorgeous and cozy, up a private driveway. We had a couple of mishaps and Kirk was incredibly understanding and patient with us. It was easily the best house rental experience I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Private, super lovely comfort in Southampton

To begin with, Kirk is a FANTASTIC host. Responsive, welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. The house is stellar. Cozy but spacious, beautifully furnished, and the garden, patio, pool area are just divine. The highlight of the house is the kitchen- if you love to cook, you will LOVE this kitchen which is fully stocked and has a massive fridge and stove plus two dishwashers. Beds are all very comfortable and bedding is yummy. We had such a good time and hated to leave. If I could give the house 10 stars I would!

Such a lovely host

The property and house are beautiful. Although we had terrible weather we enjoyed our stay very much. Kurt couldn’t have been more helpful and I would recommend this property. Everything was well stocked and equipped and the fact that we were able to bring our dog was a real plus. She too loved her stay.
