You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Across the street from the beach and Perfect Family Getaway. Permit#2016-506183

The entire outside of building has just gotten a complete re-do! The building looks like new. We replaced all wood, trim and re-stucco and painted the building.

All furniture and appliances are like new. The kitchen has very nice stove, refrigerator and micro wave. Also includes dishwasher and large pantry.

The Master has one King Bed with nice relaxing bedroom furniture with beautiful night stands and lamps on each. Second Room has one queen size bed and one full size bed with nicely decorated artwork. It also includes a night stand between beds with beautiful lamp.

ALL mattresses are new! We purchased new beds in July 2022.


Living Room has couch and love seat with a 55" HD TV . It is a two minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach.

Very well kept condo with a private swimming pool behind the 8 plex. No condo is better decorated than this on the Island.

Every piece of artwork was picked by my wife and I and we just recently decided to rent it so that you can enjoy the blessings we have. We just joined VRBO in 2019 and that is why the price is EXCEPTIONAL!

Nothing was spared when furnishing this beautiful place.

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The price on the listing is for 4 people. A small additional charge will be added for the 5th and 6th persons.

Everything about this property was perfect for my two sons and I! The cleanliness was impressive, the pool was kept in great condition and was for private use of the building tenants which was great! The location to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. The property owner was always quick to respond and everything was made so easy so that we could just enjoy our stay! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

This was are 3rd time we rented this condo. We love that the condo is walking distance to the beach which is very convenient for us. The condo/property has always been very well kept. Great Family Getaway!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The communication with the owner and VRBO was quick. Instructions were clear. Everything was nice, clean and the beach access was very easy, takes two minutes to walk to the beach right across the street. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for a family trip!

Hopefully on our next trip to South Padre this apartment is available again. The apartment was clean, had it's own designated parking space, across the street from the beach, and a small pool directly out the backdoor.

Great place!

This was our second time staying here at this beautiful home. Perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants on the island. We were able to see the start of the sandcastle competition at Clayton’s. We did do the Black Dragon pirate cruise, would recommend this highly entertaining and great staff. We will be back!

Stormy but wonderful stay

We were forced to stay indoors for 2 days of our trip because of tropical storm Alberto, but what a beautiful clean condo to stay in! Our host was always very quick to respond to our questions. We had everything we needed for a comfortable vacay.
