Minutes away from local Golf, Powder Ridge Ski Resort, Wineries, Breweries and more! A beautiful and peaceful lakeside retreat on Lake Louisa to enjoy with family and friends. This newly acquired lake home in the small, quintessential town of South Haven, MN is located on a dead-end road and boasts 360 feet of lakeshore, giving phenomenal views. As you drive down the road, you will have that “up north” or “woods of Wisconsin” feel, located just 1 hour west of the Twin Cities and 30 minutes south of St. Cloud.
This lake home is also situated near several local area golf courses (Albion Ridges, Southbrook, Whispering Pines, and Kimball Golf Club just to name a few) as well as Powder Ridge Ski Area.

This vacation rental is suitable for up to 12 guests and is ideal for couples and families.

Inside:
You will find 5 comfortable, well-decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complete with a private jetted tub room. Upstairs contains a spacious kitchen that is well-stocked for preparing delicious meals and making memories. A gas grill is located on the front deck. The living room has beautiful water views and a gas stone fireplace. Each bedroom on this level has a king bed and lake views. The bathroom has a shower and separate jetted tub area. Your favorite room on the upper level will be the screen porch, which is perfect for relaxing or viewing the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. There are cards and games located in a cabinet under the kitchen counter facing the living room to play on a rainy day.

Downstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with views of the lake. 2 have a queen bed and 1 has 2 sets of bunk beds, which makes this super fun for the kids. There are baskets of books for both kids and adults. The cozy family room has plenty of seating and a smart TV for movies or favorite shows. All the bedrooms have TVs except the bunk room. A 2nd bathroom contains a shower. Another fun feature of the lower level is the old-fashioned bar and a 1980 classic arcade game featuring the original Pac-Man Arcade Game, containing 14 classic games. The game list includes a variety of Pac-Man games, Dig Dug, Galaga, and more. Mix up your favorite drink and swap stories before turning in for the night. There is also a laundry room you are welcome to use, and an iron and ironing board can be found here too.

Outside: An amazing backyard oasis that includes a hot tub, large patio with dining tables, a private sand beach for the kids to play or work on your tan, and a firepit to have toasty campfires. In addition to the patio seating, there are 6 comfortable Adirondack chairs.

**Please note, the access road and driveway leading up to the property are gravel, parts of the road may be rough.
**This property has 2 levels with outside access to both levels. In addition, there is a spiral staircase to move from main floor to lower level inside, which includes an attached baby gate at the top.

Summer: 4-7 night minimum.
School year: 2-4 night minimum.
