This three-story home features a private outdoor pool, direct beach access, and an elevator for seamless comfort. North Topsail Beach offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for every kind of traveler. Spend your days exploring the calm waters of Stump Sound and the Permuda Island Reserve by kayak or paddleboard, or try your hand at surfing the gentle waves along the coastline. The wide, uncrowded beaches are ideal for seashell and shark tooth hunting, sunbathing, or simply enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Families can enjoy a visit to the local town park, complete with playgrounds, picnic areas, sports courts, and a fishing pier. For a unique experience, stop by the nearby Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center in Surf City to learn about sea turtle conservation and witness the magic of turtle releases during nesting season.

CONSTRUCTION
Please be advised that there are properties currently under construction nearby. At this stage, construction activity may impact your stay. This phase is expected to last approximately 14–16 months, after which noise levels should decrease as work shifts to landscaping and final touches. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property and access amenities, including the beach. An elevator is available and serves the first three floors of the home, providing access to all bedrooms and bathrooms.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and on the post facing the entryway at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
