The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you donā€™t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practicalā€”ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more. CafĆ©s, shops and the prom were all within a five-minute wander, keeping the whole trip refreshingly hassle-free.

Great Hotel!

I stayed at the beginning of the holidays with my husband and 2 young daughters. The host was really friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed for a two night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. Iā€™d highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and decorated nicely and so close to the beach.

Staff very friendly, hotel is lovely and clean, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, hair dryer and straightners in room, iron and ironing board available for use, ideal location for attractions and town centre. Room lovely and cool elephants made from towels.

Chosen for location close to the theatre. Received a warm welcome, check in/out was easy. Kerb parking wasn't easy but they is a Pay and Display virtually next door. Places to eat close by so the Bed only was not a problem. Ideal for a No Frills overnight dtay.

Excellent choice close to seafront

Excellent location, right near the seafront. Parking easy to find - if no spaces on the street it's right near a car park (charged from 8am to 6pm but you can get 2 hours free). The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent facilities with nice extras like a fridge with bottles of water and plenty of tea/coffee etc. No breakfast but that suited me fine being gluten-free. The only minor negative was the shower water was scalding hot with no way of turning it down. Overall an excellent choice to stay.

In town centre

Great position for the town, and beach. Car park 15m away. Room was big enough and very clean. There is no food or bar but that was ok for us
