Welcome to Mollys Cottage. A new in 2019 two bedroom boutique furnished corporate suite with environmentally friendly Built Green™ GOLD Construction.
Located close to VictoriaYYJ Airport and convenient for the WA Ferries and BC Ferries terminals. Within an easy walk to Sidney town centre and the seafront.
There is convenient access to trails, parks, golf courses, shops, coffee shops, the pub and restaurants, the town of Sidney and, of course, the beautiful Saanich shoreline – all minutes away.
The ground floor property is at the quiet end of town just on the edge of the rural community. It is rural enough but the Chinese, Indian, Thai and Pizza restaurants all still deliver to it. Within a ten minute walk to the pub, coffee shop and beach it's an ideal spot for you. And easy access to the highway means you can be in Victoria in 15 minutes or Sidney centre in 3 minutes. And the closeness of the airport and ferry terminals mean an easy trip to the mainland should the need arise.
Ideal as a base for those newly moving to the island and looking for property or between properties. Or for those visiting for company business or contract workers.

Our attention to detail ensures that the suite provides you with the luxury of a hotel, along with the warm and cozy touch of a home. We have made every effort to equip Mollys Cottage with everything that you may need during your stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Mollys Cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen. You will find here a full set of pots and pans, glasses, utensils, a toaster and a coffee maker. Of course, the kitchen has all standard appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
Linens and Towels
You will also find that the cottage will have the beds made up for your arrival with fresh linens. An appropriate number of towels will also await your arrival. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us before or during your stay.
Housekeeping
The suite is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner and an in-suite washer and dryer. You will find an iron and board supplied as well.
The Neighborhood
Vancouver Island is not Vancouver. In our community garden we have bald eagles nesting that we can see from our own back garden. From Sidney beach you can see orcas, seals, sea lions, dolphins and at the right time of year humpback whales. Take a trip to Victoria and there are wild deer roaming everywhere. We also have bears, elk, wolves and cougars on the South Island but they are harder to spot. But even without the wildlife there are cycle and hiking trails, parks large and small, beaches and mountains, easy access to the Gulf and San Juan islands and so much to explore.
At the same time we have Victoria with its history and culture. Home to the Pacific Opera, Victoria Symphony and several theatres. And if that's not your thing there's concerts almost weekly throughout the year with many big name bands and musicians.
Or take in a free concert most evenings in the Summer at the world famous Butchart Gardens. Or most Sundays at the Sidney Outdoor Pavilion.
Not looking for music then come to North Saanich and learn to fly at the Victoria Flying Club. Or learn to scuba dive in what they say is the best scuba diving area in the world. Or learn to sail or kayak around the Gulf Island and the San Juans, some of the most challenging and beautiful areas of water anywhere.
Or just visit us for an event. The South Island is host to many marathons, IronMans, cycle events, festivals, fairs, shows throughout the year. Check the diary and there will be something happening.
