This was an amazing safe property for my elderly father. It was clean and a perfect stay. Staff office were friendly and helpful. So much to do! Our family would come back again.

This is probably out 5th stay here. It’s great for us as a family because our kids have a lot to do, swimming indoors, pickleball, pool, basketball, ping pong, mini golf, playgrounds and probably more. The cabins are clean and spacious.

Family Tradition

Family had a blast as usual. It's become some what of a tradition to stay here. Swimming, birding on property and even saw wild horses the first night. Kids love all the activities and we love where it's located as well. Staff was great and improved from our previous stays. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me but can't knock em for that as I'm a big guy.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Roundhouse Resort. There's mini golf, pickleball, basketball, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a pool table, and so much more. The rooms are in great shape and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the rates for the room and the amount of things to do at the resort. The kids had a lot of fun. We did have a hiccup when checking in. We called when we reserved on Expedia to ensure we would have a ground floor room and when we got there they had us upstairs. My mom cannot do stairs. When I explained they quickly checked that they had a first floor room for us and gave us that room.

The property was really nice, well maintained, lots of fun activities, like mini golf pickleball, swimming, hot tub etc. however the room was not great. It was serviceable but smelled faintly of curdled milk, pretty sure it was coming from the upholstered chair. We should have said something but it was a booked weekend and we didn't know what they'd be able to do for us.Also the sheets and towels were really rough.

Decent place but watch out for the manager

This place met our needs and had a lot of stuff for the kids to do. The property is a bit outdated and could use some repairs, but our condo was very clean. My one complaint is with the manager. Checkout time is 11 am. At 10:44 am she was knocking on our door and before we had a chance to answer, she put her key in and unlocked our door. Luckily nobody was naked! She reminded us that “checkout is at 11 am and it’s almost 11”, but it was only 10:44 am…I really didn’t appreciate that. It felt rude and like she was rushing us.

We had a room in the lodge. It was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen. We were told someone would be at the front desk from 9am to 9pm if we needed anything. On my itinerary, i had booked a king bed. When we went in the bedroom, we saw it was a queen. It was 8:30 pm and i got no answer from the front desk. We decided it didnt matter so we went to bed. The bed was hard as a rock. In the morning they called and said on their end, it said we paid for a queen bed. They came and dropped off 2 egg crate matress toppers. It helped a little. We only saw one staff member the whole time. We wont be going back for this reason.

It was okay, the staff at check in was fairly nice. There were some issues with the sofa bed (broken hardware), which made it crooked and almost impossible to sleep on, plus the mattress in it was very uncomfortable and the mattress cover had some questionable stains on it. The caulk around the tub was very gross, with black mold. I asked for bleach to remedy that but they told me they couldn’t provide me with any. Also, there was only one very light blanket for four people (none on the king size bed) and some of the dishes (not all) in the cupboard were dirty. I brought these issues up to the front desk and when we checked out, they mentioned that they don’t offer refunds or discounts on Hotels.com reservations but we could get one for our next stay. I felt insulted that they thought I mentioned those issues to get a refund/discount. I was just bringing my concerns to their attention. Plus, I had already made up my mind that I’m not going back there anyway. Very disappointed.
