The host was nice. the cabin used to be gorgeous, but you can tell it needs to be taken care of. ( The kitchen stove didn't have the knobs, it had cockroaches, the pool water was cold) overall unmaintained.

Cleanliness of the property could have been better. Items left form the previous guests such as chap stick on a night stand and the dishes in the kitchen needed rewashing prior to use. Host communication was not consistent. No specific instructions were given for check out process even when requested the day before we left. The indoor pool was very cloudy even though the host assured us that it had been cleaned earlier in the week. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking utensils for a cabin that is supposed to sleep so many people. The host did provide 2 cookie sheets when we told them that there were none in the kitchen to use for basic cooking needs. Location was great with easy access to Pigeon Forge. For large groups with a bus this location would be accessible. Overall enjoyed our stay with a few improvements this could be 5 starts.
