We loved it here. Super clean, very comfortable. Dog loved being able to roam freely and she even had her own little creek in the back. She didn't want to get in the car when it was time to come home!
Very clean, light and bright. Nice linens and comfortable beds. Very clean kitchen with all the basics. Great location, peaceful and quiet but close to 101. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at Whispering Creek. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard, in the creek and on the rope swing. We made a wonderful meal in the kitchen and it was stocked with all the necessary tools. We had a very peaceful time. It is rural, but centrally located between Port Townsend and Sequim, which are wonderful places to visit. Other commenters didn’t care for the taller counter tops but my husband and I both loved them. It was great to cook and wash dishes without tiring out our backs leaning over shorter counters.

Very nice stay!!
Well-equipped, charming house. Very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.
Great location outside of Sequim and near Discovery Bay. Private creek was great, grounds are unique. Decent furnishings and appliances, comfortably slept 4 but any more may be a stretch. Great for dogs
We had a wonderful stay at this quaint farmhouse. We loved everything about it especially the babbling brook right behind the deck. It was a peaceful and quiet getaway. It was also very close to all our adventures and activities we experienced while on our trip.

Going back in time
Just like grandma’s only better with modern appliances. Loved the property too.
After spending full days at Olympic Park, this place felt like coming home. If you love farmhouses this place is for you!

Adorable farmhouse but be prepared
It was so fun to stay in a farmhouse but wasn’t prepared for it being so far out of town - it is actually about 25 minutes away from the Sequim city center.
There is no dishwasher and lots of spiderwebs and bugs - so you will get the real farmhouse experience.
The place needs a good paint job but overall it worked well for our short visit to Sequim.
We had a great time at the Farmhouse. Quiet with easy access to Port Angeles and Port Townsend. The big yard was great for the kids. We will definitely be back. The only issue is that we could not find a plug for the bathtub drain.

Wonderful home BUT listing inaccurate and property management (Vacasa) very difficult
- There is no caretaker on site - the small cabin is just a separate fulltime rental and the cabin is <20 yards from the house, just outside of the frame on the right in the lead image of the house on the listing. The property is secluded from neighbors, but the house is not secluded from the cabin - the substantial large front yard and the side gardens are in full view of the cabin.

Other People On Property
Beware that there is a man/woman/dog on property in a "house" about 60' from where you'll be staying. This was not on the description and when i reached out about it, the vacasa/vrbo team played ignorant about it.
This needs to be added to the listing so when you bring your pregnant wife and young daughter on a vacation here to get away from everything and have some peace and quiet, you are getting anything but that.

Mouse House w/no water
Do not deal with this company or rent this house. The water sporadically worked and was infested with mice. We had to leave for on the second day of a five night trip. We came home from a day of hiking and there was no water for showers and mice running everywhere. They are being very difficult about a fair refund. Terrible company who I will never use again.

Nice getaway in the PNW
Winter weather didn’t allow us to sit on the porch or use the firepit, but we enjoyed games inside and the electric fireplace. Tall cabinets, hooks and windows! Clothes washer & dryer use came in handy. We’re used to washing dishes by hand. Could have used a larger baking sheet and pan, but plenty of pots & lids. Cell reception for Verizon came through. Liked the mix of old front of house with narrow creaky stairs, and modern rear with spacious bathroom and laundry.
Just 3/4 mi down the road we found a short hike through the state land trust - a perfect 1.5 hr journey when it wasn’t raining. We recommend Old Mill Cafe and That Takes the Cake in Sequim. Safeway has just about anything needed. We drove to Bainbridge, parked, and took ferry to Seattle for a day.

Good house but some management issues
The house was clean, fairly well stocked, comfortable and quiet.
First impression wasn’t great, the front walk and porch were dirty snd the key lock box didn’t work. Same story on the back deck and key box. The code given was 10 digit, clearly nothing to do with the boxes, and finally one of the back-up codes worked. On leaving we couldn’t get either box to close again. They need to swap to a better system, it was completely frustrating and janky.
When we complained to Vacasa about the filthy outdoor furniture they eventually sent someone the next afternoon (not telling us that’s what they were doing). she did a fine job but pointed out that one of the tables we had wanted to use was broken. The whole exterior --garden beds and furniture—has not been maintained at all in at least a year, clearly they’re only mowing and doing nothing else. It could be so pretty and would have been nice to hang outside in the nice weather.
Vacasa needs to do a better job managing the property and stop charging exorbitant cleaning rates.
