This charming dog-friendly Seaview vacation cottage is located in a quiet historic neighborhood a mile south of Long Beach and the sand and surf.
This home has historic, rustic charm while providing modern amenities like high speed wireless internet, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a sound system for your iPod. Beach towels are available for guest use.
The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies (including a coffee grinder and French press) and SID's Market is only a block away. The cottage has a wood-stove with a glass door, electric space heaters, and plenty of blankets for chilly nights on the coast.
The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a futon in the living room. Furry family members are also welcome, with a maximum of two dogs.
A nearby trail will take you to the dunes, and there's also easy street access to the beach a mile to the north or south of the cottage.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
