Here’s a home in the heart of the historic district that you’ll really enjoy. Just a few blocks from Forsyth Park, Broughton Street, Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), and Savannah’s finest bars, your stay will be both memorable and affordable.
The location is unbeatable. Walk out your front door and see Forsyth Park to your right.
Free street parking right in front of the home is available. You will not need a car to get around the Historic District-the central location is awesome.
The home has two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and one bathroom. The walls of the living room and bedrooms are decorated with art painted by the owner, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). There is a full kitchen for guests to use, including a table and chairs. A recently installed heating and air conditioning system guarantees a comfortable experience throughout the year, regardless of the outside temperature. A washer and dryer are available in a shed in the backyard.
There is a fenced-in patio behind the home that is shared with the other duplex unit. A huge oak overhangs the yard, providing shade and character.
There is a lockbox for self-check-in.
This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.

The property was very clean, exactly as advertised. Zero complaints about the property. Location is about a 8 minutes from Forsythe Park and about a 25 minute walk to the main historic area. The walk was safe, no issues. We were able to park in front without issue. I was not sent the check-in info and had to call, but that took no time at all to get. I would recommend this property.
Very clean environment! Necessities available and communication was superb! Location is great to go for walks and to visit the historic sites nearby!! Highly recommend!

Easy check in. Accommodation true to ad. Discovered wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Quiet surroundings, and enjoyed wine in the evenings in backyard. Within walking distance of tour trolley stop near Forsyth Park.
This VRBO was a perfect little place to stay for our few nights in Savannah. We were able to walk to Forsyth Park easily, and we even walked to River Street so we didn't have to worry about parking down there. We had a great time!
