Great place to stay as we ventured down to Georgia to revisit sights that we love to see. House was quaint and clean, bed was comfortable and it was perfect for our 3 night stay.
Loved it.

Perfect weekend getaway
The area was great and the cabin was perfect for a couple going on a weekend trip. It had all the amenities you would need. The bed was my personal favorite, it may have been the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! All in all, the cabin was cozy and we plan to be back!

The property was secluded and quiet which is what my husband and I were looking for.
Definitely a good two night last minute get away for my husband & I. For the price it’s definitely worth it. The hot tub was our main want and it didn’t disappoint. Got in some good R&R. Would definitely go back and it’s very close to Helen.

Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed another great weekend in this cabin. We did a lot of hiking to see the waterfalls in the surrounding areas. It was a joy to be able to. Relax after a long day in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be booking again later this year!
Adorable little cabin with everything you could need to relax. Hot tub on back deck and garden tub up stairs in the bedroom. Fire place not recommended (makes the cabin smell like smoke). Plenty of heat with upstairs unit and small space heater in the living room.

Good place to stay for the price point
We stayed here for 3 weeks. We appreciated the private screened in porch with hot tub, the fire place, and the location is perfect--within 30 minutes to so many beautiful hiking experiences, wineries, and just a couple minute drive to shopping/restaurant options in Helen.
Future guests should be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and the toilet is downstairs, the nearest laundromat is in Helen. Not having a proper heating system in the downstairs was challenging at times, but for the price and location, we were willing to put up with the inconveniences. It is great to have options like this available that don't break the bank!

Needed Changes
I loved the location, the place was nice, however, it needs a deep cleaning. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced, it is not very inviting when the cover is molded, torn, filthy, and worn-out. It would be nice to have a place for all four cabins to have a centrally located place for firewood. The remote battery needed to be replaced. The housekeeper should turn on the TV, when cleaning, to avoid renting a place with a non-working TV.
The price and location are the positives. If you are a single male and looking for a secluded cabin, this would be for you. However, if you are traveling with a female guest I would suggest going with another property. There are a lot of things that need attention. First, it just needs a facelift with an interior design eye. Trim work is shoddy, needs new dishes, small appliances, couch, pictures, and window fixtures. The jet bath upstairs doesn’t work. It would benefit from ripping that out and putting a half bath in so you wouldn’t have to go downstairs to use the restroom. The heating is another issue. There is only heat upstairs so you will be using the small space heater upstairs. The biggest issue that will have most guest running for the exit is there is a mammal living in the wall behind the shower. I walked around to the back of the cabin and the underpinning is plastic. Being from the south, the critter didn’t bother me much but my wife had a different opinion. I would say it’s a rat, raccoon, or squirrel that has burrowed up into the space. You can hear it scratching at night. No joke. So, all in all, if you just need a place to stay and could care less about the issues mentioned, this is a great stay. Otherwise, spend the extra $200 and get a nicer cabin.
This was a cute cabin perfect for a couple’s getaway. The hot tub and jetted tubs were both clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was nice.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for what we needed while in town for a wedding. It met our expectations of what a cabin in north Georgia would be. The downstairs area was pretty cold but everything in the upstairs was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and overall the house was pretty clean.

Absolutely fantastic stay: Well appointed cozy and private little cabin. Great host made easy checking and checkout. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The cabin was fun and comfortable except for the couch. There was also a beeping smoke alarm that took 2 hours to get traded out on the 2nd floor. Still and enjoyable stay.
