Both villas feature a heated pool and are located 500 metres from the historic centre of Sarlat. They are situated on the same estate, 200 metres apart, allowing you to gather together for an unforgettable holiday!


VILLA 1 - ELSA’S VILLA

This architect-designed villa from the 1990s is ideal for holidays with family or friends; it’s designed with everyone in mind. Its 4x9m heated pool (May 1–September 30), its garden, its 8,000 m² of meadows, its large open fireplace (from October 1 to April 30), its workspace, and its children’s and baby amenities… all just 500 metres from the very heart of Sarlat. Its location, decor, and amenities make it an exceptional villa.

Single-story villa with 5 bedrooms:

- The Framboise bedroom with one 160-cm bed and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the outdoors
- The Rouge bedroom with one 160-cm bed and a door leading outside
- The Verte bedroom with one 160-cm bed
- The Yellow Room with one 140-cm bed and a door leading outside
- The Blue Room with two 90-cm beds (the only room located upstairs)
All rooms are equipped with a TV

This means the property can accommodate 10 people, with the option to add 1 or 2 more usingand 1, 2, or 3 young children thanks to the baby equipment provided.

And 2 bathrooms:
- 1 bathroom with double sinks + 1 shower
- 1 bathroom with double sinks + 1 shower

VILLA 2 - THE BOUYSSOU VILLA

Discover a modern, contemporary villa in a world-renowned medieval town. This villa is surrounded by a large plot of forest, sheltered from prying eyes and noise pollution.

The pool’s heat pump operates from May through October.

→ Terrace and garden
The terrace is perfectly equipped for relaxing and dining. For cooler evenings, outdoor heating is available. A ping-pong table and board games are available for your use.

→ Living Areas
With spacious and functional rooms, you’ll have direct access to the pool and garden from the living room through its large floor-to-ceiling windows. Perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at all times.

→ Bedrooms
The three bedrooms, including a master suite, each have their own bathroom.
Two guest bathrooms are available next to each bedroom.

Equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 2 refrigerators (one with a freezer compartment), two coffee makers (a Nespresso and a filter coffee maker), an electric juicer, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Equipped with a washing machine/dryer, ironing board, and iron.

→ For Babies
A travel cot, mattress, and baby accessories are available.

There is parking on the property (4–5 cars).

You’ll be provided with dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine, and coffee pods (Dolce Gusto)... as well as a lovely welcome basket upon your arrival!

For the Christmas season, all the decorations are provided so you can create a beautiful table setting as well as an exceptional Christmas tree.


Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:30 AM. Please adhere to these times, as we need 5 hours to clean the villas and the outdoor areas.
