Enjoy being close to everything at this smoke free centrally-located, peaceful catty-corner to Sarasota’s 10 acre Gillespie Park home. Minutes to the beaches, & walk to shopping, restaurants, bay front, arts, Whole Foods, coffee shops, etc. This 3 BD/3.5 BA home includes a detached over-sized 2 car-garage, a bonus room setup as 2nd family room with queen size sleeper couch & writing desk. Enjoy the covered balcony & convenient on-site fenced dog run. +30 restaurants within only 5 blocks away.

This is a smoke free home. If you are a smoker please, please do NOT smoke inside or near the entry doors.

The neighborhood is a very walkable, bike friendly & ample overnight off street parking and public parking at the park available to the community.
Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.

Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.

Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pets waste. There is a water hose inside the run if needed to help clean up after your pet as well. Greatly appreciated.

Sarasota fun

Wonderful location within walkingDistance to Maine Street and the Rosemary District.Home is comfortable and well appointed.Melissa is an awesome host and willing to meet your every need.We did not utilize all of the space at our discretion.Dog loved the walks and people watching.You will not be disappointed!!Thank you Melissa for letting us truly enjoy Sarasota.Found Pazzo on Irange and ate ther daily!!

Great house In a convenient location

The home was very clean and in a great location . We would visit here again but would have a few suggestions as it appears this is a new vrbo listing- we could have used some additional blankets for the beds as it was very thin in master and twin too. Upstairs. We also had no additional bedding for the futon area- no extra towels , no regular useable coffee maker and no hand soap - just some suggestions for future guests- thank you!

Nice place and location.

Great location to get to various good places to eat and shop. Local beach good but very busy. Venice beach is about 30 mins away which was worth the drive. International airport small bit within 10-15 mins (nice plus). Bedrooms were great. There was a nice futon like cot with a real mattress which was a nice plus. Only somewhat challenging was parking as small courtyard but garage space available was nice. Parking out front an option but we didn’t try it with it being small two lane road. Myself and my four children (ages 16-24) really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Large group rental

Overall great property. 3 bathrooms was a bonus for our group. Cleanliness issues under beds- had not been cleaned in a long time. Had to vacuum. Towels did not smell fresh - had to launder myself. Dishwasher was broken and dirty dishes had been returned to cabinets/drawers so had to rewash. No pods or sponge provided to clean dishes. Owner offered for maintenance to come in and fix dishwasher but we did not want to stick around while that was being done as we wanted to maximize our vacation stay. Would recommend owner to double check cleaning company before someone uses property. When I emailed owner about sponge and pods - there was no offer to supply either item. The overall need to clean items myself when I also pay a cleaning fee is what is resulting in overall rating. I would have rather stayed elsewhere due to that alone.
