Newly built house, air conditioning and televisions in the bedrooms, new furniture, large rooms, bright and well ventilated house.
It contains two sun loungers, two garden umbrellas, chairs and beach umbrellas and all the necessary utensils for the kitchen, including blender, mixer and microwave; refrigerator with freezer and another horizontal freezer; television and cable TV in the room; new spring mattresses.
Each dorm has a double bed and a single bed.

It is located 60m from the beach, overlooking the mountains.
The best beach on the North Coast, the sand is white and surrounded by vegetation.

Descrição do anúncio muito fiel a realidade, a casa é muito grande, limpa e arejada, muito bem equipada com duas geladeiras novas e um freezer grande, ar condicionado Split em todos os quartos, casa nitidamente muito bem cuidada.
Área gourmet bem gostosa com um gramado na parte frontal da casa.
A praia é muito tranquila mesmo na alta temporada estando a 2 minutos de caminhada.
Não existe comercio em Guaeca (padaria, mercado farmácia), os mais próximo estão em Bareguecaba 10 minutos de carro, é necessário se programar com compras ou solitar delivery.
Voltaria mais vezes sem dúvida alguma, Casa Nota 10 !!
