Not a hotel!!

This is not a hotel, we arrived at 10pm and there is no reception, we rang the bell multiple times. Then residents at the building told us this is not a real hotel. We end up leaving and stay at another place.

Hotéis oyo, péssimo e caloteiro

Quando cheguei no hotel, tive uma surpresa, o hotel tinha fechado as portas e nem avisou seus clientes. Tinha até feito o pagamento. Hotel caloteiro, não utilizem essa rede de hotéis oyo. Não tem profissionalismo e não estão nem aí com os clientes.

De surpresa fomos surpreendidos por ter sido fechado, sem aviso fomos alocados para outro hotel da rede com espaço bem inferior, café da manhã fraquíssimo e distância fora do meu entinerario, gastei mais com UBER e perdi bastante tempo.

Hotel fechado, qm reservou e pagou, essa rede de hotéis, bem como o aplicativo hoteis.com, não estão nem aí.

Ótimo custo x benefício, simpatia e educação.

Bem localizado no bairro, chegamos de madrugada e não tivemos problemas ao acesso, recepção 24 h, hotel familiar, estacionamento pequeno, pago (R$ 20,00), precisa reservar antes. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, camas confortáveis. Banheiro bom porém a água não esquenta de madrugada. Café da manhã num terraço agradável com vista para o bairro, opções de bolos, pão com margarina, leite, café, simples mas gostoso. Apenas uma sugestão: manteiga individual. Atendimento simpático e educado.
