Equipped with 1 treliche, 1 double box bed, wardrobe on casters, 32 inch television with open channels, wardrobe, 5 pillows, cushions, bedspread, CD radio, ceiling fan, pedestal turbo fan, table with 5 stools, microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner stove with Venax oven, sandwich maker, blender, blender with cup, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, 5 chairs + sun umbrella, 3 step ladder, plates, cutlery, glassware, cups, pans, tea towels and other cooking utensils, window netting, clothesline in the bathroom. From the corridor of the building, wonderful view of the beach! About 80 meters to the beach promenade of Ponta da Praia and Aparecida, located almost beside canal 6, close to the Santos Aquarium.
In the corner of the building there are all kinds of commerce, (Trabulsi Street).
I issue a lease for season.

Ótima estadia, localização e conforto!

O apto é lindo, confortável, limpo, todo equipado, ótimos vizinhos, sem barulho nenhum a noite, fresco e nos proporcionou ótimos dias. Ficamos 4 dias de muito sossego. A localização é ótima, do ladinho do Aquário, sem bagunça na praia, próximo a farmácias, restaurantes e tudo o que precisamos. A Silvia é super atenciosa, nos ajudou na condição de pagamento, sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida. O único porém é que no prédio não há vagas de carro suficientes para quantidade de moradores, então em um dia tivemos que colocar o carro na rua. Não passeamos muito de carro justamente por isso, para não perder a vaga. Fora isso, damos nota 10 pra tudo! Indicaremos para amigos e com certeza na próxima viagem a Santos, nos hospedaremos novamente lá.

Tem tudo que precisávamos, e mais até; ficamos bem confortáveis. Fica super perto de mercados como pão de açúcar, extra e etc; além do shopping. A distância até a praia é tão minúscula q dispensa qualquer veículo. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes e recomendamos muito para qualquer casal.

ACONCHEGANTE E BEM CUIDADO E BEM LOCALIZADO

Ótima localização

Apartamento tem uma ótima localização próximo de mercados e restaurantes.Tudo muito limpo e organizado, a proprietária muito atenciosa. O condomínio muito limpo e organizado com 4 elevadores. O único demérito é a garagem comunitária, porem como fui fora de temporada não tive problemas maiores para achar vaga.

A kit é bem equipada, a uma quadra da praia, tem carrinho com guarda sol e cadeiras, porém não tem vaga fixa no prédio e se chegar em um horário depois das 18 hrs tem que deixar o carro na rua. Apesar de ter ventiladores na kit achei muito abafado e em dias de muito calor é difícil de dormir, mas é minha percepção. A kit tem tudo conforme está no anúncio e vale a pena. A proprietária é bem atenciosa e prestativa. Obrigado Silvia.
