At the end of the hall is the kitchen area, dining and living room that give access though French patio windows to the spectacular and spacious covered terrace with incredible and amazing views over the bay and the marina of Cala d'Or.

The length of time for a moment stops to enjoy this beautiful place and you can delight yourselves from the hustle and bustle of the incoming and outgoing of the Yachts that leave and enter through the beautiful Mediterranean bay of Cala Llonga out to the open sea or back to port.

On the left hand side from this terrace your find the stairs down that lead you to the beautiful pool area and if we carry on down we arrive to the direct access to the old area of the barracks and moorings.

If we go backwards in our footsteps crossed the living room we find a shower room and a few steps up lead us to a double room with two single beds.

From the entrance hall we get upstairs to the second floor where on the right hand side is a double room with twin beds and en suite bathroom and on left hand side the master bedroom with a dressing area and bathroom. From these two bedrooms you gain access to the sunny terrace from this floor.
