Razoável, o cheiro do produto de limpesa utilizado era ruim. A portaria atende com educação e gentileza. O estacionamento no local é simplesmente horrível, sorte haver um estacionamento fora conveniado com o hotel, muito embora não ofereça horário integral.

A estadia foi tranquila, mas o interfone estava com problemas, o frigobar não era abastecido. Recepcionista não mostrou muito interesse em auxiliar com indicação de lanche. Mas o café da manhã foi bem surtido.

Tarde agradável

Dia agradável , fiquei hospedada no 501D, pedi um quarto que pegasse internet e imediatamente o recepcionista me acomodou nesse, a internet pegava muito bem , porém a TV não era Smart e eu não consegui ver aquele Netflix, porém vi outros filmes já que o quarto possui canais de filmes e etc . Senti falta de um frigobar, pois pedi umas cervejinhas e não pude colocar para gelar ! O banheiro a luz estava com mal contato , toda hora apagava enquanto eu tomava banho ! Café da manhã muito agradável , parabéns aos colaboradores da cozinha ! Espero que o meu flashback seja válido para agregar a vocês ! Muito obrigada pela estadia , voltarei !

Experiência desagradável!

Foi uma experiência que não voltaremos a repetir... aliás não voltaremos a este hotel... primeiro que reservei um quarto com cama de casal e mais espaçoso e nos colocaram em um quarto menor com duas camas de solteiro... o café da manhã muito fraco... e a limpeza do hotel em si em péssimas condições. Frequentemente vamos a Santa Maria e nos hospedamos em hotéis com valores de diárias mais baratas e são hoteis muito melhores que este.... Não recomendo de forma alguma a hospedagem neste hotel! Uma única observação benéfica.. os atendentes são muito simpáticos.. mas somente isso!

O hotel é simples mas tem o conforto mínimo. Com o frio faz falta um chuveiro com aquecimento por caldeira. É bem localizado. Com tudo o que se precisa pertinho.

É um hotel básico, ou seja, não há nenhum luxo. Ficamos dois dias, mas praticamente para dormir. O estacionamento é pequeno, mas há um conveniado para a noite (das 17h às 9h) que utilizamos e fica a duas quadras do local. Temos uma caminhonete que não entrava no estacionamento do subsolo do hotel. Os corredores são bem iluminados e tudo é bem limpo. O café da manhã é ótimo. Não há uma variedade grande de opções, mas tudo é gostoso. Havia ovos mexidos, três espécies de frutas, dois ou três tipos de sucos, iogurte, cereais, dois tipos de bolos, pão integral de sanduíche, pão cacetinho, queijo e presunto, além de uma torradeira para ser utilizada. Também café, leite quente e água quente. Achei muito bom o café. A televisão é pequena, mas tem TV a cabo. No nosso quarto não havia mesinha, só uma cadeira, achei falta. Também não há criado-mudo ou qualquer móvel para apoiar óculos/livro à noite. Havia uma luminária de cabeceira apenas em um lado da cama. O chão é lajota, o que é bom para quem é alérgico, como eu, mas não há edredons e sim, cobertores, o que é ruim para alérgico. Como não pegamos muito frio, só dormimos com a coberta da cama. É bem ventilado, a janela é grande, mas uma das persianas não abria (abria até, mas não ficava aberta). O chuveiro é elétrico, com boa vazão, mas no inverno intenso deve ser frio. Não há shampoo ou condicionador fornecidos pelo hotel, apenas sabonete. A localização é bem central, a duas quadras do calçadão. Há escada para acesso ao hotel.
