It is very well located 250 m from the supermarket "Superdino Ramblas", 24 m from the restaurant "Focacceria MassaMonti", 10 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Las Teresitas", 14 km from the airport "Tenerife North Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban area.
The flat has everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and is equipped with the following: lift, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 Television.
The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery and utensils/kitchen.
This accommodation has a decibel monitor inside located in the room.
