About this property
Pool home in tranquil Sanibel Bayou
- Stilt home with very open floor plan and casual beachy decor where you can hear the surf break from the front porch. Salt water swimming pool. Lani, and dock that overlooks the bayou for nature watching. Located at the quieter end of Sanibel with a 2 minute bike ride or short walk to beautiful Bowmans Beach State Park. Close to Ding Darling Nature Preserve, Captiva Island, Blind Pass park and Turner Beach. Recreation center and school are just 5 minutes away. Easy access to kayaking and fishing locations.
It is a 10 minute drive into the main town where you can eat at one of Sanibel's amazing restaurant and shop at a variety of unique shops . A 2 minute drive or short bike ride so you can experience the good food and attractions of Captiva. Pets are negotiabe so please contact me first. No smoking.
