    Motorboat rental

A lot of tourists don't know that, but this is one of the nicest things here.

    A 25-minute drive
    You can:
    - rent small motor boats (without a license)

    - Explore the fjord yourself

    Perfect day program.

    2. Fossmork Marina/Forsand Båthavn

    - ± 25 minutes
Also renting aluminum fishing boats with motor.

Many guests even enjoy this more than a fjord cruise because you go up the fjord yourself.

    Nordic Paddling - Jørpeland
    - 35 min
    Guided tours and rentals.

This is a top activity (many international guests book this).

    Kjerag & Kjeragbolts
    - 2 hours drive (day trip)

The famous stone between the rocks at 1000 meters altitude. Spectacular — but easy to do if you are fit.

    About the wood-fired hot tub
The home features a traditional wood-fired hot tub. Please note that it takes about 3 hours for the water to reach the right temperature.

Heating the hot tub is part of the authentic Norwegian outdoor experience. Unlike an electric Jacuzzi, a wood-fired hot tub requires some preparation. You fill the hot tub with water, turn on the heater, keep an eye on the temperature, and add extra wood as needed during heating.
Many guests experience this as a cozy and unique activity that fits perfectly with a stay in the Norwegian countryside.
