NEWLY RENOVATED PRIVATE MOUNTAIN HOME WITH HOT TUB

Spacious two story, two bedroom, two bath, rustic mountain home with cozy cabin-like feel. There are two bedrooms upstairs (master- king size bed, spare- two twin beds) Sleeps 4 total. There are two living areas, a large redwood deck, a screened in porch, an upstairs balcony with beautiful views. This house is perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy privacy and quiet. The home is located 30-minutes from Albuquerque, one-hour from Santa Fe, 20-minutes from the Sandia Peak Ski Area, and mere minutes from the Cibola National Forest and Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club. The small artist town of Madrid is about 25 minutes away with of shops and eateries and a pub. There are also restaurants/bars 5 or so minutes away. Please note that the downstairs area is heated with wood stove and pellet stove (both wood and pellets are provided). Upstairs has electric heat.

Great views and relaxing!

Everything about this place is great. It’s cozy, and rural, but still close enough to Albuquerque to pop into town and visit friends or shop. It is truly adorable, and has very comfortable beds and sofas. So relaxing listening to birds in the morning or storms at night. Very clean and nicely set up. The parking pad in the back is very nice too (no walking through dirt or mud!)

No toilet paper, soap or kitchen trash bags. You shouldn't even advertise that it has an a/c as it didn't work or several outlets especially in bathrooms didn't work. Lovely view.

Great house with beautiful views!

This house was great. The owner was so responsive on a few questions we had. The house was very clean. The vacation was truly relaxing due to the comfort of the house. It had everything we needed and the area was very peaceful. Will stay here again when we come to visit next time.

Great Hideaway

Great Outdoor Space

The outdoor space really makes this place! From the hot tub to the swing to the grilling space, you won't be lacking for places to hang out. The views are beautiful and the property is very private. It's also very close to Tinkertown and Sandia Crest.

We were visiting friends who live in the same neighborhood. It was so convenient for us. The hot tub was relaxing, star gazing is beautiful, and it’s peaceful. We enjoyed grilling on the spacious deck. The only suggestion would be to have some comfortable chairs on the roof top deck so we can enjoy the sunset.

Nice getaway cabin with plenty of room

What a nice cabin style home with plenty of room to roam and awesome patio hangout with hot tub. Great for families or friends to relax in and around Sandia Park. You forget you are in New Mexico.

A Peaceful stay

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights for our anniversary! It was perfect! Lots of comfortable spots to sit and relax! Close to the Crest for hiking! Had everything we needed to cook our meals and grill! We would love to co e back!!!

This property is a sanctuary!

I can't say enough about this house! Us three ladies enjoyed our time at your house! We loved the view of the area. The house has everything you can think of including a meat thermometer! We used the gas grill to cook dinner one night. The beds were very comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was awesome!

Vacation Home, more than expected

My best friend and I stayed several nights, it's just the right amount of secluded - quiet, beautiful, private, but minutes away from groceries and excellent pizza. We had a relaxing string of days here, enjoying walks,the hot tub, and cooking. Shawn was responsive to questions, and checked on us after check in. This house is more than we needed, lots of room. And, the outside patio was large and decorated for comfort and plenty. We will book again. Thanks Shawn!
