Your home away from home is a brand new modern condo in a quiet community with friendly walking paths, located minutes from major highways, transportations, businesses, downtown, shopping and many places of interest such as The Ranch Golf Course, Santana Row, Japanese Garden, Westfield Oakridge Shopping Center, Grand Century Mall (Little Saigon), a modern Asian plaza at 1949 Steven Creek Blvd in Cupertino.

Experience luxury living with high tech and energy-efficient touches throughout. Enjoy the clubhouse with lounges, BBQ area, fitness center, hot tub & resort-style Lap pool—better amenities than most hotels in the area.

Enjoy the amenities such as all new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer, 2 TVs, espresso coffee maker, new beds and mattresses, and motorized roller shades. Tell Alexa to close the shades when you are watching TV, or to play something on TV, or to show who is at the front door.

If you are working from home (away from home), high speed wifi and a desk with an All-in-One printer will enable you to print duplex, scan and fax. The clubhouse also has wifi as well as comfortable meeting areas.

If you would like to have cleaning service during your stay, we can recommend the same services that we use, or if you are budget conscious or prefer privacy, use the included cordless lightweight stick vacuum cleaner in the front closet.

The condo was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a mall and plenty of activities to enjoy in and around San Jose. The host went out of his way to provide instructions for accessing the building and parking garage. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great Property
Stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions. We enjoyed using the community hot tub and gym. The area is very safe and a short walk to shopping and grocery store. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

Great property
Really nice place to stay and in a great location. Lots of things in the area and access to gym and pool. Nice having access to laundry right in the unit. Very easy and pleasant stay. I will be booking again whenever I visit friends in the area. Access to TV channels was great so I could keep up with the world cup matches!

Clean and friendly neighborhood
This was a perfect stay for 2 couples. We stayed here for 4 nights, and it had all the accommodations we needed. Checking in was a breeze and the host was very quick and accommodating to any questions we had. The location is great and close to many stores and restaurants.

Awesome accommodations!
This place was an excellent home base for our week-long exploration of the Bay Area. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby shops (Target, Costco and Trader Joe’s are just minutes away), restaurants and the highway. The parking spot in the gated garage of the building gave us peace of mind (although the neighborhood felt very safe), and was super convenient for elevator access which also makes for a short walk to the unit. The condo was clean and comfortable with large walk-in closets in each room. The master bath has really great counter space and drawers. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a few staple pantry items and a Nespresso machine (which we loved!) The balcony is great because it’s a corner unit. Access to the shared clubhouse fitness facility and pool area was an added bonus and we took advantage of that space every day. The internet router did go down for about a day while we were there, but Loc addressed the situation immediately and was very easy to communicate with. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, groceries and more. Very clean, modern and so comfortable. The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The communication with our host was excellent. The door lock is very high tech and us retirees had problems, but within minutes the host unlocked us remotely and gave us an alternative way to unlock during our visit. This will definitely be our home away from home whenever we visit San Jose. Can’t Thankyou enough Loc Thai!

Great Accommodations
The property is great, just as advertised. The property was wonderful. My brother and I enjoyed our stay and will rent the property again in the future. It is centrally located and near stores and restaurants The property was clean, and quiet, and well taken care of. The property manager was great and provided us with all the necessary information for a frictionless stay.
