While the room was clean the outside property was not. Invest in a power washer and clean the landings and stairs. Rooms are not cleaned, e.g. waste baskets not emptied, beds made unless you request the same one day prior. Check in staff did not advise us of this. Staff are pleasant but for the most part do mot have basic skills in resolving guest questions or complaints. Parking was adequate.
