The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

For your safety, the front door will auto-lock after 5 min of inactivity. Please turn both Thermostats OFF unless the host requests other.

Please put all towels (bath, hand, washcloths, beach/pool) used in the washer and start the washer. Please make sure all dishes/kitchenware used put away where you found it and start the dishwasher.

Please collect all & trashes out, incl. bathrooms. Trash bins are near basketball hoop behind house. Trash day is early Tues morn. To help you may take the bins down Mon eve or bring back up Tue eve.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Lower area in front of the house is off-limits. That includes horseshoes, casita, lower patio/grass, lower garage, etc. No moving furniture.

No parties. Small gatherings of 16 or fewer only. Quiet hours 11PM to 9AM. If you remove the ping pong table top, plz carefully return it as found.

No glass on or near pool - No glass cups allowed outside. Do not touch anything labeled owner's property. Ex: items on owner's suite closet top shelf
