The property was clean and is a good size for 2-4 people. It has a decent size yard as well. The location that it’s at is no more than 30 minutes away from popular locations (SeaWorld, Old Town, Harborview). You also have local vendors close by if you need anything. If any issues occur you are able to communicate with the host Leon and your issues will get taken care of as soon as possible, with great communication as well.

We stayed at the property for 7 nights. There were a few issues that made our stay less than perfect. First, the guests in the unit next door (same owner as the unit we stayed at) were very load. On multiple nights, we could hear them talking and even shouting, to the extent that we could not sleep. Add to that the neighborhood dogs barking at all hours (over which the owner has no control), it was not a place of quiet. The second issue is cleanliness. The place looked clean, and we were quite happy when we first walked in. However, later we noticed that the floors were actually dirty. Wiping the floor with a paper towel made is black, and after walking barefoot for a few minutes the bottom of my foot turned black too. This was quite alarming, if not disgusting. Thirdly, the accuracy of the listing. The listing says “Parking on site” and “Air conditioning”, but both are only part of the truth, if not misleading. Parking is on the street; that’s not on site; and on several evenings, we had to look for a spot and only found one a block away from the house. Having parking on site was one of our criteria for picking that property. As to A/C – yes, there is A/C, but only in the living room; having fans in the bedroom is not A/C; on a couple of nights, having the A/C and the fans running was not enough to keep the bedrooms cool enough. Overall, our stay was disappointing and this is not a place I would want to visit again.

The stay was great! The home was clean and cozy. We loved having a TV in each room & living room.

The home is very nice & the owners are very friendly and helpful! The backyard was so refreshing! The kitchen was great to cook in & the gas stove worked beautifully! Only cons to the home are that there is no heating or cooling in the bedrooms which we really needed when it came time to sleep. Also, there is a large gap under the front door and a HUGE gap under the back door, big enough for a snake, mouse/rat, bugs and so much more to join you in the home. Thank you again for opening up your home to us✊🏾✊🏻💖
