Gorgeous apartment loaded with amenities! Quick freeway and highway access. Unit located on the top floor of the apartment building! You have shared access to all the complex amenities as well such as the pool, gym, hot tub, club house, etc. Making it like you're at a private resort with a home away from home feel!

We're only 3 minutes away from the loveland living planet aquarium! It's an amazing spot to go for a date or family outing! Movie theaters, shopping centers, gas stations, grocery stores, and many other sites are within a 2-10 minute drive of the unit and you also have tons of fun locations like thanksgiving point and water park within the same distance!

Super clean place, bed was super comfortable, mountain views out the living room window were awesome. Easy to get back and forth from Alta ski slopes. All new neighborhood and close location to all restaurants, grocery, etc..

Inside apartment is nice, that's it. Concrete hallways, stairwells smell like garbage, garbage sitting out in front of doors on first floor, gym is closed when you'd want to use it.. and what's up with the exorbitant cleaning fees? Super lame, especially with checkout instructions that ask you to do the cleaning. Dislike.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay. I had grown up in the UT Co area and needed a central location to stay. Our visit was for a family wedding and we combined it with family gatherings in the SLC/Ut Co areas. The proximity to I-15, Bangerter Hwy and I-215 was great. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises over the west mountains and the hang-gliders over the Point of the Mountain. The easy access to Harmon's Market made grocery shopping easy, along with the Maverick gas station. We recommend this property to anyone why enjoys comfort and ease of access.

Perfection

We are fairly avid travelers and use VRBO for 90% of or rentals. This was one of the best we have ever stayed. Not only was it immaculately clean and beautiful, it provided small details that go a long way when you are traveling. From shampoos and conditioners in the showers to basic toiletries that are often forgotten to small kitchen necessities that you hate to purchase only to have to throw away prior to your departure (salt/pepper, basic spices, oil, etc)., to laundry essentials. Details like these are SO appreciated when traveling. Location was perfect with grocery stores and eateries just a couple of minutes down the road. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens too. It was a lovely stay.

Great Place

The apartment was clean and spacious. Easy access to freeways and close to the ski mountains. Even though we were in a large building with many units we could not hear any neighbors. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Nice place

The apartment had a nice style and They kept it well stocked with all the supplies you would need during a stay. The only down downfall was the cleanliness. The toilets, floors, and decorative comforters were all dirty. I asked for my cleaning fee back and sent pictures but received no credit back, just a comment they will advise the cleaning crew. Other than that I really liked the place itself.
