Nestled in Sainte-Mondane, our charming former school welcomes you just a 15-minute walk from the Dordogne, very close to the Château de Fénelon. 20 minutes from Sarlat, immerse yourself in the heart of the Périgord Noir and its authenticity. Enjoy a peaceful garden and a slightly steep access to the river, for a touch of adventure. A place where history and nature come together to offer you an unforgettable interlude, between calm, character and memories.

The accommodation

Welcome to our 110 m² house, where comfort rhymes with conviviality. The spacious dining room welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a sun-drenched terrace.

Upstairs, a master suite offers you a double bed, a private bathroom and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, accompanied by a second bathroom and separate toilet.

For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a ceiling fan for pleasant nights.

Pets under 10 kg are welcome.

Arrival is complete self-guided thanks to our secure key box. Once in the cul-de-sac, the house is the first new construction on the left. Access is through the large gate, offering travellers a private entrance on the same level.

Thanks to our self-check-in system secured by Masterlock, you can access the accommodation with complete peace of mind. The code and address will be communicated to you a few days before your stay.

The Welcome concierge will come to the site a few hours after your arrival to welcome you warmly and answer any questions you may have.
