The two-room apartment, recently built, is located on the ground floor of a characteristic building and can comfortably accommodate up to 2/3 adults or up to a family with children. Comfortable double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The large living area with kitchenette also makes use of a very spacious outdoor terraced area with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso valleys. It is possible to park the car in the nearby municipal area.

Séjour Saint Nicolas
L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Vue magnifique. Logement très fonctionnel et agréable. Michel (qui parle français :-)) nous a parfaitement accueilli et accompagné, et fut disponible lors de la fin de location.
Nous recommandons ce appartement.

Appartamento confortevole e panorama stupendo
Michel è molto disponibile e gentile.
L'appartamento si trova in un piccolo borgo molto tranquillo e con un panorama stupendo. L'arredamento è minimale ma c è tutto quello che serve e si può ulitizzare anche il terrazzato anteriore. Buon punto di partenza per passeggiate ed escursioni.
