Séjour agréable ! Exactitude de l'annonce.Propreté des lieux, proximité relative du centre-ville (charmant) et des plages.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Christiane situé dans une résidence très calme. Tess s'est montrée très accommodante pour notre arrivée tardive.La terrasse ombragée est appréciable en cas de forte chaleur. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans réserve.

Das Appartement ist in einer sehr ansprechenden und nach außen abgegrenzten (typisch französischen) Co-Propriété und liegt ungefähr auf halbem Weg zwischen Meer und Innenstadt. Zum Meer sind es fußläufig ca. 800 m. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. großer Kühlschrank, genügend neues Geschirr und Besteck, Kaffee-Kapselmaschine, Induktionsherd mit 2 Platten). Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine.Eine sehr gute Boulangerie erreicht man Richtung Innenstadt in ca. 300 m. Ein großer Inter-Marché befindet sind mit dem Auto erreichbar Richtung Autobahn in ca. 3 Minuten.Der Bahnhof (Verbindung Richtung Marseille und Toulon) ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Von Vorteil ist der ausreichend große Balkon und vor allem der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude.Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin und mit Tess, die uns betreut hat und die sehr sympathisch ist, war problemlos.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.Das einzige, was man wissen sollte, ist, dass der Einstieg in die Dusche, die in der Badewanne ist, für etwas Unbeweglichere beschwerlich sein könnte.Wir können das Appartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Diese kleine Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön, allerdings ist es zu Fuß mit Kleinkind zum Strand recht weit. Es gibt aber einen Bus, mit dem der Strand in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer gut erreichbar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, hier ist ein Spaziergang kein Problem. Vor allem der Fisch- und Meeresfrüchteladen vor dem Lebensmittelgeschäft chez Eric ist empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

L'appartement est fidèle à la description de l'annonce, bien équipé: il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La terrasse et le parking sont un vrai plus: se garer l'été près des plages est compliqué, cependant, la navette estivale à 50m de la résidence qui emmène à la plage est pratique (attention aux horaires), sinon, c'est 15-20 mn à pied. Les 2,5 étages sont faciles à monter. Christiane, merci infiniment d'avoir été si arrangeante concernant nos heures d'arrivée, de départ, également pour le ventilateur mis à notre disposition ! Appartement pratique La terrasse orientée nord est très agréable néanmoins la rue derrière peut être bruyante. L’accueil et le départ ont été très bien gérés avec Tess et la propriétaire est aussi sympathique. Compter 20min a pieds des plages.
