- Welcome to my Thirteenth Century historic manor house in the heart of the Dordogne's Périgord Noir region of South-West France. Offering the ideal combination of a tranquil rural location, yet with with a traditional friendly bar/restaurant just a two minute walk away, and the local village of Salignac Eyvigues only a short distance where you can find a boulengerie, excellent boucherie, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.
We are located mid-way between the medieval capital Sarlat and Montignac. The international centre of prehistory at Les Eyzies is within easy reach, as is the Dordogne River
We are now offering spacious high-quality self-catering holiday accommodation in a new gîte, within the grounds of our manor. This architect-designed conversion successfully blends rustic charm with modern style. Perfect for anyone who likes to walk, visit chateaux, swim in the Dordogne river, simply chill-out or even surf the internet.
