Each accommodation has its private outdoor space as well as a common area.

The cottage, classified 2 stars by the tourist office of the Pays de Gourdon, has very good insulation under the roof (R9.25), 70cm stone walls and is equipped with reversible air conditioning (bedroom) as well as underfloor heating (living room). It is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, wifi, hairdryer, smart TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, microwave-grill, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (filter), double induction hob, fridge with freezer and extractor.
