This could be the one! Our recently renewed holiday house have 3 large bedrooms, 2 living areas, free parking and big gardens, with a brand new modern kitchen and 2 updated bathrooms!
This beautiful solid family home could be just what you've been looking for, situated in a sought after - close to Rotorua CBD and also being close to places of interest, shops and transport, which make your holiday life comfy and convenient.
The house is a very quiet and safe area. Big garden and house. It's modern and exquisitely renovated. Good neighborhood. Situated 5 minutes away from Central Rotorua, and far enough from the unpleasant sulphur smells. It's comfortable in all way.
You could enjoy the entire house when stay. But please keep it clean and being nice to our neighborhood.
No pets in the house.
No cigarette in the house and no butts in the house or in the garden.
NO PARTY or unexpected noises anytime.
Check in after 3PM and check out before 10AM. If you want a late check out, please contact us. You'll be charged $50 per hour if we accept.
Normally we'll meet you and give you the keys when check in. But if it's not available, we will leave you the keys in the drop box and send you the code one day before you arrive.
If you need to borrow the international changeover plug (no extra charge), please contact us before your arrival。
If you need airport and station transfer/pick-up service, or tourism guide and car service, please contact us with your requirements.

A little disappointing
Unfortunately when we turned up to the property and walked inside the smell in the house was not nice. I think maybe the carpets need cleaning. There was a glass in the pantry with sugar in it. Not really what I would call basic essentials provided. For the price I actually expected a bit more. The location was great. And the house itself nice, minus the above.

Nice quiet neighborhood. And a huge home with 4 bedrooms - although finding the master bedroom by walking through a room with 2 twin beds was confusing at first. Glad we didn’t have kids who would have been sleeping there. The host was quick to respond when we let her know about a small problem we encountered and when we wondered how to heat the home (lots of space heaters was the answer).

We were a group of 8. The whare was exactly what we needed for our stay. Washing machine & dryer, full kitchen and it was nice and spacious. Comms with the owner were easy and everything was in order. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very big home plenty of space for family to have there own space .two seperate bath rooms and plenty of beds .enjoyed the bath while we stayed .was a bit cold but enough heating for whole house kids loved that they could watch Netflix .the property had everything you need whilst there.washing machine and dryer was a bonus saved us having to do washing when we got home .awesome location everything was 5 or 10 minutes away.overall enjoyed our stay kids didn't want to leave highly recommend.

Awesome sized property for my large family
Small delay in responding back to my question. One error in your advertising which was misleading. We had 3 couples who needed to sleep in your advertised 2 queen bed and 1 king bed. But you only had 1 room with king bed and 1 room with queen bed, 1 room with 2 singles and 1 room with 1 single and 1 KING SINGLE! We had 3 couples. Your advertisement was misleading and we chose this house because the advert said 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with king bed. Please respond.
