I was super bummed that breakfast was not included in my stay, but it is advertised. I was looking forward to it. The sheets and bathroom were clean. Quiet building.

Whole property reds renovation. Electrical hazards, carpets worn, musty smell, garbage on the floor, tv broken, windows over 50 years old and need replacing, staff and owner did not know much. Best option would be to destroy the building and start over. Woul recommend staying elsewhere.

Cost efficiency

It is an older motel, so expect dings in walls and furniture. But it is clean and bedding comfortable. Need more hangers for coats. Only one hanger, pervious quest probably took some.

Not what was advertised.... though price was right and value-friendly. Very frustrating and just not right = offered FREE BREAKFAST in the advertisement - but they said NO, that the hotel description is wrong and they haven't fixed it. Also - the heat/air conditioner did not work. Stay was comfortable enough - but not what we expected or what we paid for!

Wood frames of boxsprings were broken on beds. Garbage and crumbs under beds. Air conditioner falling apart. Nasty stains on carpet. Mold on ceiling above shower. Hole in wood frame of window, could also pull window frame out with your hand. Dirty and unsafe.
Box spring frames broken, making bed lean and uneven.
AC unit literally falling apart.
Mold growing on ceiling above shower.
Big hole in window frame.

Staff was very welcoming and nice, but only one entrance and exit. Back way was blocked with snow and ice and couldn’t open door. The other was closed due to something being wrong with it. Room we had paint peeling in several areas stained tile, carpet falling apart and torn.

Last Resort

Only room in town, so no choice. Hot water was scalding one day, non-existent another. Attached motel was great for breakfast, not so good in afternoon.

Room had a tv but was not plugged, cable was not plugged in and had no remote so could not watch it. Hotel smelled like pot when you walk in. Beds were very uncomfortable and old. Would not stay there again.

This is a tied establishment. The price was good for what I got. The thing that got me was the rubber band all curled up between the sheets. I don’t know if that came from someone making the bed putting fresh sheets on or what but I didn’t sleep between the sheets. I slept on top of the bed in my sleeping bag. Everything in our room with serviceable, but is tired. One of the door lock did not function. It had a deadbolt, but it wasn’t. It didn’t have a hole for the deadbolt to go in on the opposite door frame.. almost there no cigar. I had a good breakfast. I had a hot shower and I moved on to the next place. I don’t think I’ll stay there if I go back through Russo again.

Needs to take customers more seriously/ needs upda

Couldn’t find the front door. PST... it’s through the diner . Nice front door lady. Attached diner is only open till 7 and only opens at 7 and service is tremendously slow. Room was ok but only 2 small pillows. Went to check out in the morning and get a receipt but the lobby/front desk is closed. Won’t be staying here again.
