We reserved a 4 night stay and were very disappointed with the condition of the room. That’s not what a 5 star hotel should look like. Paint is peeling off, dust all over, and no fridge, air conditioner. Level of cleanliness of a cheap motel.

A good hotel, we'll return
A good hotel, good position, we had a lovely room on the 2nd floor, very helpful staff on reception. Breakfast on the roof floor was too expensive for what we got. And having booked for dinner at the roof restaurant we cancelled when we saw the menu was very limited. The drinks too were expensive. But I would stay again. A Nespresso machine in the bedroom would have been very welcome.

terrible check in, the front desk person hardly looked at us, and asked no question on our flight (we arrived at 8pm) etc. we had to find the elevetor ourselves and felt we were bothering him. we had booked a 3 nights stay. the first room we slept in on the 6th floor was right below the restaurant and next to the back kitchen area and the hoist. we hardly slept as they moved furtniture until 12:30 am and the hoist and shouting started again at 5:30 am... the phone was not working, the windows were dirty..we asked for another room at 23 pm on our arrival day but it was not possible as the hotel was booked. in the morning we claimed again for a change and were upgraded in a larger room on the first floor which was fine and corresponding to the 5* standards. the 6th floor and this room 627 in particular should just not be open for renting. we already had a similar problem when booking with hotels.com last year in italy (on the lake). we were presented a room with a view on garbadge area and outside elevator. we asked for a change but they said they couldn't so we payed an extra cost to be upgraded in a lake view room... we fill these 2 hotels gave their worst rooms to expedia customers because of the commission probably... it makes us reconsider the expedia support.
