The home is clean and cozy and very close to the Mayo Clinic, Civic Center, and all of downtown Rochester. The neighborhood is safe and sleepy. The garage parking is a Minnesota must! You will love the beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, large bedroom with queen bed and desk, comfortable recliner, attached laundry facility, and fast internet.

St. Augustine’s Mint House is the main level apt. St. Augustine’s Mint Loft is the upstairs apt. Quiet hours 8pm-8am

****Both apartments have separate keyed entries but share the main entry foyer/laundry/outside areas.

The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a convenient/enjoyable walk to the Mayo Clinic 1 mile), it’s also perfect for a visit to the Civic Center and Honkers Baseball games! The house is beautifully remodeled.

Great Respite
We were in Rochester for a few days for medical appointments including surgery for my wife who was diagnosed with breast cancer in late December. It was very to have a place to go that brought a semblance of home and normalcy during a stressful and challenging time in our lives. Would definitely stay again!

Cute and cozy
This property is an older home that’s completely redone with upgraded everything! The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all roomy and have everything you need. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing - like sleeping on a cloud with super soft linens. The garage was a huge bonus too. But what I really appreciated was the quick response from our host. She as extremely helpful. I would recommend her vacation rental to any and all! You will not be disappointed!

Restful Oasis
The St. Augustine Mint main level apartment is an absolute oasis. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, restful, and welcoming place of respite. Linens, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a clean laundry room on the same level. The rooms are well-lit, with its own heat a/c control. The recliner is optimal for clinic recovery or post-visit comfort! The neighborhood is friendly and well-kept. The property is beautifully maintained with lovely landscaping and a garage for your smaller car. The property host is very kind, responsive, and provides far more welcoming details than stated. One adult or a couple, will find this property to be a perfectly wonderful place to stay. Not quite close-enough to walk to the clinic, or businesses, but only a few blocks away. It is truly a restful oasis. Will stay here again!
