The apartment features a custom kitchen with a huge marble island, a large main living area with a gas fireplace, 60" HD television & DVD player(satellite/cable/ HBO included) and a ventless washer/dryer combo unit. The Master Suite has a luxurious King bed, a separate sitting area and a top-of-the-line treadmill. The second bedroom features a pillow-top queen size bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. The apartment also includes an outdoor space with ample seating and a gas grill for your warm weather culinary convenience.

*This is an apartment in the lower walkout level of the home.
*Street parking in the summer. During the winter there is space in the driveway.
*Private entrance in back of home with private patio.
*Note: A countertop convection oven and a double portable induction cooktop are available in lieu of a traditional stove/oven.

Beautiful Home
This home was beautiful and met all of our needs. 2 generously sized bedrooms, a very comfortable living room, and an accommodating kitchen and dining room. The decor was great - like out of a magazine. Definitely enjoyed staying there. There was one rather small drawback and that was that there was only one bathroom. It would have been helpful to have a second, however, we did fine with one. We would rent this place again if we were planning to stay in Rochester.

Beautiful space
Great space, but if you struggle walking or in a wheelchair access is challenging. The bed is incredibly comfortable. I would check to see if anyone is staying above you. We were lucky with only one day with someone above us. You can hear the people above…someone was up at 4:30am! But a spacious comfortable setting.

We helped our son move to Rochester for graduate school at Mayo - this location and configuration was perfect for providing a place for him to stay with us until his apartment was ready. The lovely furnishings are accurately depicted in the photos!

Excellent, home-like comfort for testing at Mayo. Enjoyed a walk and picnic at the quarry hill nature center nearby, saved money for meals by shopping at hyvee nearby. Deb is an excellent hostess, available when we call and accommodating.

25 Year Reunion
I drive up from IL and my friend drive down from northern MN and we stayed the weekend in Rochester to celebrate the 25th anniversary of a trip to Europe. In 1997, we backpacked through 13 European countries, making a million memories which we documented in journals and taking just as many pictures. This past weekend in Rochester we read our journals to one another, laughed until we cried, poured through pictures, and had an amazing time reminiscing. The VRBO was the perfect place to hang out and catch up with an old friend. Beautiful location, very safe, clean, and the perfect fit for our needs. Excellent/high quality amenities (soaps, shampoos, body wash, lotions, detergent, etc).

Wedding cake preparation paradise
I rented both units at this property and it was perfect for my family. I needed ample kitchen space to decorate a wedding cake and 200 cupcakes for my nieces wedding. This property did not disappoint. Spacious, clean, good neighborhood, comfy beds and a responsive host. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean & spacious
This is even nicer then the pictures show. We had an issue with the heat when first checked in. Owner was on it right away. It’s a lovely place and has everything you need! The downside of s that I fell on the Ice path to go around the house to entry. The owner should have taken care of the snow/ ice with shoveling more and salt. Would stay here again.
