Upon walking into this apartment, the initial "wow factor" comes from the skylights located in almost every room! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with both island and dining table seating. You can find everything you would need to host for a small family/friends celebration or to cook your own meal at the end of a fun day in Rochester. The apartment has a free washer/dryer in the unit, and in each bedroom, a comfortable bed with cozy and high quality linens. The living area is spacious and family friendly. It is also pet friendly!

Walkable distance from the apartment you can find the Strong Museum of Play, Eastman School of Music, Park Ave, The Little Theater, Memorial Art Gallery, Jazz Fest, dozens of restaurants/coffee shops, and so much more. If you jump in the car, a short 10 minute drive can get you to Strong Memorial Hospital, RIT, Nazareth, St. John Fisher, and U of R universities.

Despite being in the middle of everything, the apartment is located on a quiet street, in a quiet building, just off East Ave- making it ideal for getting out on foot, and then settling in for the night when its time.

A restful experience

Important to note: we didn't actually end up in this apartment - we stayed in a similar apartment in the same building. Host was very responsive and helpful about the change in plans. I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. While this is likely an unusual experience, it speaks highly of the host's ability to manage their properties.

Great Apt.

The apartment was great very clean, I would suggest possibly getting a microwave, there was no way to warm up any leftovers. Could also use some more utensils, (spatula). The neighborhood although nice was a little to urban for our liking, I know marijuana is legal but the smell of it was everywhere, especially from the tenant below in the middle of the night. Lovely place just not for us older folks. Thanks
