"Communication was good, location is ideal and the villa has everything you could need. There were a couple of things that were broken/needed attention but I made the team aware of these as they wouldn't affect me, but might do others and they assured me they would look into it as soon as I'd left. And I was aware that these things might only have been present as I was staying at the end of a busy season. Overall, a really lovely stay, thank you"
