Lot #3 - Located in Ft. Myers, Florida with a 22-acre lake on the property. Large 5,000 sq. ft. lots with 1,600 sq. ft. (20’ x 80') paver pad for RV parking and entertaining. Lot includes full hookups. The resort amenities include use of the club house, fitness center, heated pool, spa, spacious sun deck, pickle ball courts, sauna, laundry facility, 1-acre dog park (large and small dog sections), and catch and release fishing.
PLEASE READ - The resort has gated security and is limited to Class A or approved Super C Motorhome, 32’ in length or longer, 12 years in age or newer, and enclosed trailers pulled behind the coach are allowed only if they are the same design AND painted to match the design and colors of the coach exactly (no exceptions). No entry will be allowed if the criteria mentioned above is not met, if you have any questions please ask before booking as the HOA is strict on these requirements.
