Wonderful property in great location

Clean, modern property; lots of space for family. Location was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Everything was functional. The condition of the property was average. The BBQ was so dirty the bottom caught on fire. The spa was dirty so we didn't use it.

Location is very nice. The house has potential but needs improvements. Bedding was musky smelling, light fixtures needed dusting in kitchen and lots of cobwebs. Bedrooms need better lighting. Nice upgrades to kitchen but not overall house. The washing machine was not working and it took 2 days for a response from management.

The home is clean but the hot tub had leaves in it which we cleaned out ourselves and there is a smell in the home (not a bad smell….but a very distinct odor). The beds could be bigger and more comfortable (seemed like small queens). We loved the kitchen and it was well equipped and clean. Lots of comfy seating around very large island. One of the 3 bedrooms with bathroom is located in basement just in case you have concerns with stairs. Beautiful large yard. Plenty of parking. The location is about 15-20 minutes into Quebec City and the island is very safe (the house is even located directly next door to a police station). The island is picturesque and some nice restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Overall….a good experience,

La propriété n était pas à la hauteur des photos. Il y avait une odeur très désagréable à notre arrivée qui est demeurée présente jusqu’à notre départ. Nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant utilisation. Des bols à chien étaient entreposés sur les napperons dans le tiroir de la cuisine (pas ce qui est de plus sanitaires). Il n y avait qu une seule coupe à vin, alors que nous étions 6 amateurs de bon vin. Il y avait qq coupes à vin sans pied en verre et en plastique. Le spa n était pas propre, nous ne l avons donc pas utilisé. Finalement, l heure d arrivée était de 16:00 et l heure de départ à 10:00, des heures anormalement écourtées pour des établissements d hébergement.

L'iles D'Orleans

Pas fait pour des personne agées et les accesssoires devrait etre changées .linges a vaisselles,plaques pour le four, etc et y devrais avoir une table pliante car manger au comptoir pas vraiment plaisant dehors les chaises patio defoncée,Spa devrait pas en avoir il est dégeut .Je ne retour nerais plus la quand je vais retourné a L' Iles l'an prochain.

Super hébergement, bien situé à l’entrée de l’île. La rue est assez passante devant et sans trottoir, c’est le seul point négatif. Le logement était très propre, très convivial et chaleureux. Parfait pour une jeune famille! Bel espace vert tant à l’avant qu’à l’arrière pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et aurions bien prolongé de quelques jours.

Très bien situé!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’emplacement était tout simplement parfait, à quelques minutes de plusieurs activités que nous souhaitions faire. Le chalet est très propre, convivial, avec un immense terrain, ce qui fut très sympathique avec de jeunes enfants, qui pouvaient courir et dépenser leur énergie à l’extérieur. Chalet Idéal pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

Séjour aux Portes de l’Ile

Le RC de la maison est bien mais si vous y allez avec des enfants, voir à amener de la vaisselle appropriée pour eux. Il n’y avait pas de bois pour le foyer extérieur et nous avons dû nettoyer les chaises extérieures avant de les utiliser.La machinerie au sous-sol est bruyante à l’occasion; ça peut être dérangeant si quelqu’un dort au sous-sol. Un bruit provenait du SPA et le propriétaire est venu régler ce problème la première journée, nous avons quand même apprécié cette rapidité.

Great Experience

Property is located on an island close to montnorency park. Property is right next to a police station and felt safe. Host was responsive and chekin/ checkout process was easy. Great property close to a lot of attractions!
