The equipped kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, two-bowl sink with a counter top in quartz. It was a washer/dryer center for your convenience.
Boasting an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, all surrounded by a breathtaking view of the marina, mountains and ocean! Rest yourself in a beautifully designed sundeck that offers peace, comfort and exclusivity to each day of your unforgettable vacation. The rooftop restaurant bar offers the best cocktails and delights for every occasion.
Excellent restaurants like Sonora Prime Grill, Fajita Banana, Las Palomas all within your walking path to the marina. Starbucks cafe 12 min walk or 5 min by car. Marina Golf Course just blocks away. Great location & building, but time for new mattresses
Location, views, rooftop pool area were all great. Good kitchen with every we needed. But the beds were rock hard with no support so we did not sleep well. Need to invest in new mattresses.

The property was as shown. It has a great view of the bay and you can whale watch from the balcony. The property is helpful and responsive to any quiery. We strongly recoomend both the property and kivoya.

Pro’s - rooftop pool & restaurant, gym, cleanliness, responsive property manager (communicated via text), cost, views, comfy beds, very close proximity to marina stores & restaurants, big TV for movie watching, washer/ dryer, rain shower head Con’s - only one elevator key card & one main door keys is provided, power outages (but property Mgr was responsive to the 2 instances) * Be sure to return all of the security bracelets when you check out or there is a fee

Great view.
The view was wonderful. It would help to have a small table on the deck to put your beverage on. The garbage disposal did not work, but wasn’t a problem since there were two sinks. The toilet paper handle was loose in the bathroom. The shower, beds and TV were good. Overall, a comfortable one bedroom condo. Very convenient location.

Overall enjoyed our stay.
The space was perfect for two people and the kitchen was well equipped! Would have liked a table & comfy chairs on the deck. No pool was very disappointing but know it couldn’t be helped. If there was beach access would have been ok. Location is excellent and enjoyed the marina. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing view! Beautifully decorated condo.
Nice size condo and lovely location. Loved the patio view and roof top pool! Just a little disappointed in the amenities on hand. Our flight arrived late and we didn’t get checked in until approx. 10:30 PM. Expected a few basics in stock upon checkin, ie. handsoap/dishsoap, single serve coffee and filter for morning, paper towels?! Not even a single bottle of water in the fridge to get us through the first night? Absolutely nothing in stock but a trash bag and a wash cloth in the kitchen. No soaps in the bathroom at all. Just empty dispensers. Lol. Empty salt, pepper and oil on the table as well. We got to the grocery store the next morning and picked up everything we needed. Just surprised these low cost items weren’t already on hand. It would be a small touch that would go a long way with guests.

Gorgeous Condo with ocean views
Very nice condo and centrally located to everything. Couldn’t get enough of the ocean views. Would love to book this place again my next trip to Puerto Vallarta

This is a wonderful property in a great location on the marina boardwalk with terrific views. Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and bars. Rooftop pool is very private.. Property manager was great, we arranged to have him stock the fridge for our arrival...that is definetly worth while and reasonable

Location was ok, I was under the impression the property was right by the beach but is not, I like the view from the room and from the pool, as well as the privacy I didn't like that the host didn't provide any toiletries or cleaning supplies in the kitchen, the internet service was very spotty, we couldn't even connect to our streaming services.
