You will have your own off-street parking spot, private walkway, and separate entrance. Every space in the suite is private. Also, we do have an electric car charger that is available upon request!

We know how important privacy is on a vacation. We offer self check in options that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are available for anything you might need.

This is a basement suite! there is a sweet family that lives upstairs!

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
