Cozy cove lake cottage

Located in a quaint cove on Lake Murray, this quiet and cozy property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This spacious house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and a king bed in the master suite. The open and airy living area is big enough for the whole family and more! The large back deck is partially covered to enjoy outdoors in case it rains with hammocks, outdoor bar, and comfy outdoor seating.

Take the natural stone walkway down a slight hill to your own private dock. Please note that there is no handrail and the path down to the dock is slightly uneven so it may not be suitable for some people. Enjoy the afternoon and unwind down by the water, do some fishing, or watch the sunset. A fisherman’s paradise awaits you!

The dock can accommodate two boats and there is a boat landing about 15 minutes away. Once you're out on the lake, check out some of the restaurants that are accessible by water nearby. Three trucks and boat trailers will fit between the driveway and the front yard.

**The owner occasionally stays in a separate unit on the property. Guests still have private and full access to property amenities. At the most, the owner may occasionally use the dock for boat access.

Fishing trip

Location on lake was good. Neighbors allowed us to use their ramp(which was very nice of them). Place was clean and has a dock. Owner was AWSOME!

Great time fishing and grilling by the lake

This property set up great for our needs, we were there to practice for a fishing tournament. It had all of the comforts, close to ramps, right on the water.

Really nice place!

Perfect place for family vacation. Boat dock was close enough to the spot that it only took ~7 minutes to travel to on water. Clean and nice space. Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation with family.

Ms. Jolanta is very friendly and asked how our stay was by phone the place was very clean. We ran over a bush backing the boat trailer in the driveway. Called her and apologized for it. Very pleasant stay and quiet.

Christmas Vacation visiting family on the lake

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It was clean and warm. All the basic needs were met in the house such as linens and dishes. It was very easy to access and so much better than staying in a hotel. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing family getaway

Checking in was easy, the host made sure we had everything we needed. The boat landing can be a bit tricky. We found the location to be clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful as we got to see the beautiful Irises in bloom as well as several other plants. We definitely plan to return.

Peaceful and altogether beautiful cove. Though the house is beautiful you’ll probably find yourself relaxing on the back deck. It was my favorite part of the entire property. If I’m ever in search of another lake vacation property I’ll definitely be booking here.

Clean and comfortable lake retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at this quaint lake house. The house is very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the lake. There are swings and a very comfortable oversized lounge chair. The cove is very peaceful as well.

Jolanta was a great to communicate with I only write the review as a courtesy to potential other renters, I would want to know. Upon entering the home, it beautiful, clean , well kept and well-stocked. We began to notice dead (large) bugs which communicated with homeowner and was told they are palmetto bugs and had been sprayed for the week before . Upon leaving , we removed the sheets and there’s a huge dark (looks like blood) stain on the bed my son slept in. He’s 17. When communicating with the owner , she said that she would have charged me had it not been for me taking insurance. This was disturbing to me due to knowing there is absolutely no way we created that spot we only had water for drinking , no was got hurt, we had a small dog who was monitored the entire time and never has accidents goes outside . The lake and area are beautiful! The homeowner is very easy to communicate with. I just felt like this should be a fair warning for other renters.

Fun Times

Had a great time with family and friends fishing and cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We used the grill all three nights. It was a fun and relaxing vacay.
