This spacious holiday house Lavanda is located in a quiet residential area Novo Naselje, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and 800 meters from the old town of Porec.
The house was partially renovated in 2013 and is located on its own 100 m² of land with a beautiful garden. Parking is in the yard and covered for 2 cars. The garden with barbecue walls and garden furniture is available for sole use.
The house can accommodate 6 people and is located on 130m2 large area, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden with garden furniture, and bathroom with shower / WC. On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with balcony, and the bathroom with tub / toilet. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr zufrieden stellende Unterkunft, Lage leider ein wenig außerhalb vom Zentrum, zum Strand in etwa 2in. zu Fuß, Einkauf möglich mit Auto in Porec. Schöne Bäder, ebenso Terrasse! Für 4 Personen perfekt, auch zu 6-Personen machbar. Parkplatz vor Objekt.
