Holiday Home: Gîte de la Frégate with Sea View, Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Pleumeur-Bodou, Brittany, this charming 80 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests. You will have a living room and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The house features a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, and baby cot. Enjoy a beautiful sea view, perfect for families with children.



Outside, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A private barbecue is available for you to prepare meals while admiring the scenery.



Parking is available on the street or in the garden. One pet is allowed. Smoking is permitted. Parties and events are not allowed.



This architectural gem from 1936, designed by Le Flanchec, features unique artworks: floral frescoes and marine scenes painted by the artist Boutin in 1949. Just a 5-minute walk from Pors Gwen beach, on the beautiful Ile Grande peninsula. All services (water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels) are included. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue are provided. Cleaning service is available on request for an extra fee.
