This vacation rental is the located in the only complex with its own beach club restaurant on site in downtown Playa del Carmen. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. Please note that the unit sleeps 6 adults with the exception of 2 additional SMALL children...One in current bed set up and one in a rollaway bed or crib (additional cost)

This is a unique condo complex with individual owners, yet all professionally managed by one company providing continuity and the highest level of service in Playa.

The rooftop has a Jacuzzi, outdoor grill, suntan chairs, and a large dining table. The condo has one king size and 2 twin size beds (or another king size instead of two twin size beds), flat screen TVs throughout, and beautiful marble in every room.

The condo has 24-hour security and 24-hour maintenance, along with underground parking for one car. Daily maid service (except Sunday and holidays) is included. There is also full-size, washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located on 1st Ave, one block from the beach and 1 block from 5th Ave - the walking pedestrian street in Playa del Carmen, full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and clubs.
