PĂ©sima atenciĂłn de la recepciĂłn

PĂ©simo atencion de la recepcionista. Llegamos con temperaturas altĂ­simas, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitaciĂłn 615 y la Ășnica soluciĂłn que me brindo fue el ofrecimiento de un ventilador mientras esperĂĄbamos que lo repararan acotando que no disponĂ­a de ninguna otra habitaciĂłn para cambiarnos. Muy mal educada y descortĂ©s. A los cuarenta minutos se acercaron dos mucamas para cambiarnos de habitaciĂłn por otra que si tenĂ­a el aire funcionando como correspondĂ­a. Fueron muy amables, educadas, solidarizandose por la situaciĂłn agobiante que vivĂ­amos. Agradezco su intervenciĂłn. Quisiera dejar mensiĂłn que el colchĂłn de la habitaciĂłn matrimonial de la habitaciĂłn 604 se encuentran hundido por lo que serĂ­a conveniente su recambio. Que el estacionamiento no contaba con lugar y nos costĂł una hora encontrar uno disponible. En resumidas cuentas una muy mala experiencia

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicaciĂłn.

Llegue a el, aĂșn fuera de temporada y con muy pocos huĂ©spedes, la atenciĂłn en general fue muy buena. Solo, dado lo abultado de el costo de la estadĂ­a, y acostumbrado como estoy a viajar constantemente por el exterior, es normal en esa categorĂ­a, disponer de una suite con dos ambientes y al menos frigobar. (En realidad un pequeño frigobar fue colocado ante nuestro pedido. La realidad es que estas cosas son moneda corriente en hoteles de similar categorĂ­a....)

Me cobraron 180 $ por desmanche de una toalla segun ellos de maquillaje, nunca la vi, no me parecio correcto.

Caro para el tipo de hotel

Demasiado caro para el tipo de habitaciĂłn, sin frigobar y muy chica. El desayuno de buena colaboracion delas camareras pero las instalaciones no daban abasto. Los juegos de salon en malas condicines. Ni siquiera por el precio estaba incluida la cochera

En cuanto entramos al hotel me pareciĂł acogedor,una buena ubicaciĂłn.Sinembargo,los empleados que nos atendieron no nos indicaron las cualidades del hotel y todos los servicios que podĂ­amos obtener en los cuatro cortos dĂ­as de estancia.Elemental ya que no contĂĄbamos con el tiempo para hacer las averiguaciones por nuestros medios!!parte del recibimiento del hotel es informar horarios de desayuno,servicios de toallas,ubicaciĂłn de los lugares de esparcimiento etc etc...funcionamiento de caja fuerte..la habitaciĂłn tenĂ­a varios Ă­tems que estaban rotos: puertas de los placeres y wifi el cual nunca funciono !!no creo que este hotel merezca las cuatro estrellas que tiene y no esta acorde a lo que se nos cobro por demĂĄs una tarifa carĂ­sima por lo que se nos ofreciĂł!!!

Esta bueno aunque no es 4*

En realidad cuando uno selecciona un hotel 4/5 estrella busca excelencia. La atenciĂłn del personal impecable, pero fuera de temporada el restaurant no funciona, no tiene roomservice, la habitacion no tiene frigobar ni microondas. Contratamos una habitacion cuadruple, y no tenia ni una silla, ni hablar de una mesita. El mobiliario eran las camas mesas de luz y la TV 26". No volverĂ­a, porque por lo que se paga no hay relacion con el servicio.

SPA / Vestuario / GYM

El hotel esta en proceso de mantenimiento. La piscina cubierta en si esta en optimo estado, no asi los vestuarios que estan en obra y practicamente inutilizables. Falta un bano en el area de los amenities. El GYM esta desolado. Las camillas de Pilates estan en el area de juego de ninos.

Hotel Palazzo Ariete

Muy buen hotel, salvo que la piscina no es lo que se muestra, que no tiene frigobar y que la cochera, si bien es techada, las puertas se encuentras abiertas, donde tambien, sin control alguno, se puede acceder al hotel. Pese a todo, es un muy buen hotel, con personal muy simpatico y amable.
